If you wear a work issued headset with microphone can I just give a shout out to "Discover Headsets" for their excellent customer service? Any type of over the head headset gives me a headache by mid-day. Four years ago I looked for alternate solutions. I found that Discover Headsets makes an over the ear headset that works perfect, I bought it and it did the trick. A year and a half though the ear piece through just wear and tear broke off and I never got it replaced. I reached out to customer service to see if they could sell me a replacement part. They responded almost immediately and took care of this within 7 days, kept me in the loop with correspondence at every step.
If you struggle with work issued headsets I would highly recommend the Discover Headset brand. No I am not a paid spokesman and yes this photo is a filter, lol.
